website, you acknowledge to be bound by this agreement, so make sure you check out this entire
page meticulously. Should you not intend to be bound to these Conditions (or any specific
alterations to these Terms), we recommend you close this webpage right away. It is acknowledged
and agreed that by entering, you agree these Terms and Conditions take president over any other
advice, or information in any language on this site.
General Terms:
The purchaser of any product or service must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
You may make use of all the free and public information on the web site and any social media
platforms we have a presence on, such as Facebook, Linked in etc.
You may purchase content – courses – mentoring etc at the prices listed and they are for your own
personal use and not to be passed to 3rd parties which includes your family, work colleagues or
staff or to professional organisations like accountants etc.
Written requests to pass said information, courses etc, to other personal and professional advisors
needs to be sought in advance and, in most cases, will be approved on sound reasons.
All such material in written or visual form is subject to copywrite and shall not be copied or
duplicated in any form in whole or in part, unless specifically approved in writing by the copywrite
owners.
Running the material through a re purposing or rewriting tool to avoid copywrite is not permitted
either.
Quoting short parts (sentences, part paragraphs) is accepted and referenced to Pooladvise.info
The Pooladvise.info owners are not obligated to provide a refund for goods and services purchased
where the items fulfil their intended purpose. The Pooladvise.info owners are also not obligated by
law to provide a refund for any ‘change of heart’ decision. However, where an individual believes
that an error has been made by them or the Pooladvise.info then the Pooladvise.info owners will
consider the refund on a case-by-case basis.
If any provision in the website terms is illegal or invalid, it is nulled, and the remaining provisions
will continue in full effect.
All study, course, mentor – coaching bought by any purchaser, the purchaser agrees that no credit
card charge backs, or other cancellation of payments are made regarding the purchase of a course
or service without our consent. If any of the foregoing occurs, the purchaser agrees to indemnify
us for any claims, cost, expenses and damages relating to the matter. This includes any expenses
incurred by us for recovering these amounts.
If we believe any purchases were made in a fraudulent manner by credit card or PayPal, it is our
right to refund and void any such entry(s).
We offer a genuine opportunity to buy a valuable study program and mentoring – coaching. We
advise you to only involve yourself if you are genuinely interested in the products and services to
improve your pool water management success.
